Next Web Tools offers a large set of tools for free. To keep the Service fast, reliable and free for everyone, we apply some reasonable limits on how it can be used. This Fair Usage Policy explains those limits and what happens if they're exceeded.
1. Why we have limits
Tools that run AI models, generate images or process large files consume real compute resources. Fair limits let us keep these tools free for occasional and everyday use, while preventing a small number of users from degrading the experience for everyone else.
2. Plan limits
- Anonymous & free accounts get a daily allowance of runs for AI, image and PDF tools, plus reasonable file-size limits for uploads.
- Pro accounts get substantially higher daily limits, larger uploads and batch processing on supported tools.
- Limits reset daily and are shown to you in-tool when you're close to or at your limit. You can see your plan and usage on your account page and compare plans on our pricing page.
3. Prohibited use
Regardless of your plan, you may not:
- Use automated scripts, bots or scrapers to call our tools or APIs at scale.
- Attempt to bypass usage limits, e.g. by creating multiple accounts, rotating IP addresses, or exploiting bugs.
- Use the Service in a way that places excessive load on our infrastructure relative to normal interactive use.
- Resell, proxy or redistribute access to our tools as your own service.
- Use AI-powered tools to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
4. What happens if limits are exceeded
If you reach a usage limit, the relevant tool will let you know and suggest waiting until the limit resets or upgrading to a plan with higher limits. Repeated or deliberate abuse of the Service may result in temporary rate limiting, suspension, or β in serious or repeated cases β termination of your account, as described in our Terms & Conditions.
5. High-volume or commercial use
If you need higher limits, dedicated capacity, or an API for commercial or high-volume use, please contact us β we're happy to discuss options.
6. Changes to this policy
We may adjust limits and this policy over time to balance performance, cost and fairness. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
